Family Nurse Practitioner (Temporary with benefits)
Marathon Health is seeking a temporary full-time Family Nurse Practitioner who has knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 2+) on-site at our health and wellness center in Lexington, SC.
This is a 40 hour per week position with full benefits with an anticipated temporary assignment for 3-4 months. No on-call or weekends.

Responsibilities:
The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.
The position will be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the Medical Assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
Current and unrestricted state licensure
