Wire Processing Representative II

Processes outgoing/incoming wire transfers in accordance with the department procedures and regulatory compliance, with in our payment system.
Verify outgoing/incoming wire transfers in accordance with the department procedures and regulatory compliance, with in our payment system.
Prepare end of day reconcilements for all wire functions.
Update spreadsheet, recording statistics.
Process investigations for customer inquiries
Process messages in SWIFT
Process returns
Handle correspondence with banks all over the world viva Swift.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Related prior experience and/or 4-year degree strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills
PC skills, including the ability to learn new systems
Accounting background a plus
Demonstrate and have good organisation skills
Able to adapt to major system enhancements and changes
OFAC and AML proficient knowledge and understanding
Knowledge of Fed Wires routing numbers and cut-off times a plus
Knowledge of Foreign currency exchange a plus
Knowledge of the SWIFT payments system a plus

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
