Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide i exenformation to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Transcribe and type documents as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred - Strong ability to transcribe and type accurately and efficiently - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
