Responsibilities:
Help manage sales staff, interior designer, and support staff to exceed daily and monthly goalsLead and drive an award-winning sales team of championsAssist Store Manager and Interior Designer in executing interior design and sales strategiesPromote and develop In-Home Design ProgramEnsure adherence to all company policiesCommunicate company mission statement, goals, and strategies to the entire staffCoordinate office schedulingRequirements:
Degree in business or design-related field (Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate degree acceptable)2 years of successful professional experiencePrevious BIG TICKET sales management experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer service experiencePhysical Requirements:
Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the galleryMust be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employeesMust be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk brisklyMust be able to kneel to pick up items from the groundMust be able to move furniture lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to type and hold a tabletOther Requirements:
Self-motivated and willing to take initiativeAchieve $20,000.
00 a month in sales, with 40% coming from In home designDrive company vision and growthAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding dress code, in-home presentations, installs and work schedules, etc.
Maintain current knowledge of new styles, color, technology, and products
