Commercial Relationship Manager

DAY TO DAY:
Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Relationship manager a large banking client, sitting at their Columbia, SC location.
This person will join a team of 3 commercial lenders, a portfolio manager, and a retail area manager and report up into the SVP Commercial Division Manager.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage and retain profitable client relationships Develop new business through active calling on clients and prospects Develop and maintain a strong COI's network Use Vertical IQ, Business Browser, or other tools available to research and develop leads Manage individual production versus assigned goals Recommend structure, terms, and rate for loans being underwritten Provide guidance to credit analysts Manage loan closing process to include preparing term sheets and commitment letters as well as communicating with attorneys, appraisers, and related professionals Ensure adherence to company loan policies and procedures Evaluate risk to meet profitability standards Actively participate in community activities or events such as Chamber, Kiwanis, Rotary, etc.
Perform quarterly check-ins along with an effective management plan consisting of goals for staff, if applicable- Experience within different banking roles (Underwriter, lender, etc.

-Minimum 3 years of experience within credit analysis or lending -Lending experience in Columbia MSA -- NEED existing book of business there - $40-50 million in loans Recommended Skills Communication Credit Analysis Economy Finance Loans Retailing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
