Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Midlands Landscape as a Maintenance Crew Member/Driver.
As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging lawns, addressing weeds and fire ants on side, and remove debris/leaves as needed - Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently - Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address any issues or hazards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and vehicle Requirements:
- Previous professional experience in landscape maintenance (one year) - Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant identification - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging, and bending for extended periods of time - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to pass SLED background check and DMV driving history report We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
